We were hiking in Point Lobos (just outside of Carmel, CA) when we saw this curious goose on the hillside. We could tell it was protecting a nest. It was very serious about keeping an eye on us. He was such a fun photo subject. I just love the fun wildlife scenes you stumble upon at Point Lobos!
