The people that entertain me (Blogs I love)…
I have to admit it: The sun may have kidnapped me. Lately, as soon as I get home from work, you can find me jetting out the door for a run. I love the warm weather and the trails in my neighborhood are fabulous. I can’t wait to get out there! The downside to all of this? My blog feels a bit neglected.
One thing I do know for sure is that my blog reading has not been neglected. At the end of a long, busy day, I love curling up with my reader and catching up on my favorite blogs. The writers I follow are so inspiring! It’s just extra juice to keep my motivation high and the creativity flowing. I thought I’d take a moment to share my favorite bloggers. After all, they deserve a little credit for keeping me entertained on a daily basis! That’s not an easy feat.
Blogs I Love:
101 Cookbooks: If you love food blogs, the odds are you are already following Heidi. I love her emphasis on baking with natural ingredients. Her blog itself is just captivating. The presentation, food photography, and story-telling are inspiring.
A Girl and Her Carrot: Every post on Jen’s blog is like a party. Take a peek! Her last post made me feel like if I did not eat a beet in the next few minutes, I would seriously be missing out on something. That takes talent. If you like her blog (and I know you will) also follow her on Twitter. She is fun to follow!
cannelle et vanille: Aran’s photography will literally knock you out of your seat. She is definitely one of the best.
Cupcakes and Cashmere: Emily writes about fashion, food, home decor…you name it, she may have written about it. Her blog is fabulous for sparking creative inspiration.
Eat, Live, Run: Jenna’s recipes vary from decadent to healthy, but are always drool-worthy.
Eating Bird Food: Eating Bird Food is a great source for delicious, healthy recipes. I follow her just to see what she will be whipping up next!
The Edible Perspective: Take a peak through Ashley’s recipe section and you will know why I love following her blog. Her breakfast ideas are always creative! I have yet to make one of her breakfast bakes, but that is about to change…soon. They look amazing.
Healthy Food for Living: I just recently started following Lauren, but her recipes and photography are fabulous!
How Sweet It Is: I stumbled across Jessica’s chocolate-covered frozen banana treats in a Google search over a year ago, and I have been looking forward to every post ever since. She is a hilarious writer and never short of entertaining. Her recipes will make you swoon. She was born to be a food blogger.
Iowa Girl Eats: Kristin is a great daily living blogger who covers everything from fitness to baking.
La Tartine Gourmande: Oh….the food photography! Béa’s photos will knock you out of your seat (or send you running into the kitchen).
Live Laugh Eat: I get so many great ideas from Allie’s blog. She is a daily living writer and covers everything from fitness to grocery shopping.
(never home)maker: You have to take a peak through their recipe section! If you are an active person, they have some of the best refueling treats out there. They seem to be on a hiatus, but the recipe section is definitely worth combing through.
Oh She Glows: Angela’s blog is literally packed with healthy, decadent dishes. I am 99% positive she was the first food blogger I ever stumbled upon. I seriously want to make almost everything she posts. When you visit her recipe section, there are three things to look for immediately: Green Monsters, Overnight Oats, and her Frozen, Frosty No-Bake Glo Cakes.
Pass the Sushi: This is another blog I follow just so I can see the eye candy. Kita has become a fabulous food photographer! She is also very accessible. You can find her on Twitter and other blogs all over the food blogging universe. She’s always entertaining!
Peanut Butter Fingers: Julie is a blast to follow. She covers both fitness and healthy living. I love the way she packs a lot of living into every day! There is never a dull moment on her blog.
Teenie Cakes: Cristine is one of the kindest bloggers out there. If you don’t follow her on Twitter, you should. Her food photography is fabulous and will temporarily make you 100% convinced that whatever she made might just be the best dish on earth.
The Fitnessista: Gina is so likable, you will look forward to every single post. I love seeing what she is having for breakfast and what healthy snacks she is whipping up for exercise refueling. She is definitely one of my favorite healthy living bloggers.
Who are your favorite bloggers? I would love to know!
