Quick Cooking Trick: Creamy Onion Dijonaise Sauce

I have a new favorite dinner sauce.   Want to know the best thing about it?  It is unbelievably easy to make!

Creamy Onion Dijonaise Sauce

Two Laughing Cow Light French Onion cheese wedges

1 tbsp. dijonaise (I used Hellmann’s Dijonnaise Mustard)

1 tbsp. water

(Two servings)

Creamy Onion Dijonaise Sauce (Boiling)

Combine ingredients in a very small pan.  Mix well and boil for a few minutes.  Continue to stir until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth. The final sauce should not have any cheese clumps.

As soon as sauce is creamy and slightly thickened, remove from heat and sit aside to thicken for at least one more minute.

Pour over your favorite dish for a delicious, creamy sauce.

Creamy Onion Dijonaise Sauce (Pork and Shrimp)

I served it over a pork, shrimp and asparagus combo with a side of broccoli.  The Creamy Onion Dijonaise Sauce made an unbelievable topping.

This will be a dinnertime staple in my home!
