A breakfast and a snack in a hurry: Today has been all about honey!

I have never been impressed by a honey before…until today.  I love this honey!

I found it at our local Whole Foods (Nebraska), but you can also buy it at their online store.  It has such a clean, sweet honey taste and has found it’s way into two of my meals today.

Breakfast:  Whole wheat english muffin topped with one tbsp. of almond butter, apple slices, cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp of honey

(I found this idea in the latest Self Magazine issue and it is great!)

Afternoon Snack:  Whole wheat crackers, goat cheese crumbles, marcona almonds, and a drizzle of honey
