After reading so many blog posts on Chocolate Banana Bites, I caved this week.
I am only allowed to make these for special occasions moving forward because…they are too good to eat just one! I drew my inspiration from the How Sweet It Is blog.
To begin, I sliced two ripe, medium-sized bananas and placed them in the freezer for 60 minutes. I melted 3 servings of Ghirardelli 60% cacao chips (16 chips/serving) in the microwave. I quickly removed the bananas from the freezer and dipped them into the chocolate. As soon as they set, I placed them in the freezer for 10 more minutes.
Then I enjoyed every last bite. It was way more than I expected, absolutely delicious.
