Baked Apple Oatmeal
This “breakfast in a hurry” is going to be infamous in my book. This is the first breakfast meal in a long time that has been able to fill me up until lunch time. I woke up at 5:00 A.M. on Friday morning and took advantage of a little extra free time to pop-in this easy baked apple oatmeal recipe I had bookmarked from Prevention. It was absolutely worth it! I prepped the apples and combined the ingredients, did the first half of my workout, and switched the oven to “warm”. I had a nice, baked apple oatmeal when I was finished.
The recipe was dense and filling. This may be my favorite oatmeal recipe!
