Post-Workout Breakfast in a Hurry: Waffles and bananas!
I have been on a “banana kick” lately and nothing seems to be a better “breakfast in a hurry” combo than waffles and bananas!
Here are my two favorite banana/waffle variations:
1) Van’s Lite Waffles with almond butter and bananas (make it a “waffle sandwich”!).
2) Van’s Lite Waffles topped with Oikos 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt mixed with strawberries (warm strawberries for about 30 seconds so they melt when stirred in), Maple Grove Farms Sugar-Free Maple Syrup, mixed nuts, and a sliced banana!
